One of the most demanding projects we have executed, this expansion was designed and built under a very tight schedule without interrupting the plant’s production process.

Prior to signing the contract, Hermosillo had already accomplished substantial savings in the foundation and steel structure through a value engineering exercise performed during the initial bidding process.

Working together, as a team, with the owner’s A/E conceptual design firm (Ghafari), and their stamping equiment manufacturer, aimed for the approach required to properly design the special foundations, pits and trenches to execute the construction of the facility without any delays, in order to achieve all project milestones within a very aggressive 10-months schedule.
