This year’s end invites us to pause, reflect, and give thanks. Throughout 2025, we’ve experienced a year defined by growth, innovation, and the unwavering commitment that distinguishes Hermosillo. We not only reached key milestones in design and construction, but also advanced initiatives that strengthened our communities and reinforced our leadership in the industry.

A Year of Growth: New Office, Stronger Team, Broader Reach
This year, we strengthened our presence in Mexico by opening our new Bajío office. With more than 110 projects executed in the region, this strategic expansion positions us even closer to our clients and reinforces our commitment to serving one of the country’s most competitive industrial hubs.
Across our five offices, our corporate team grew to more than 1,040 collaborators. This stability reflects a strong culture built on integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement—values that continue to drive Hermosillo forward.
Delivering Projects That Shape Mexico’s Industrial Landscape
In 2025, we successfully delivered 31 projects across 14 cities in Mexico, demonstrating our ability to execute with excellence regardless of scope or location. We are happy to share that 77% of them were Design-Build projects.
Altogether, we built 7,026,773 ft² of world-class facilities that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
These achievements reaffirm our leadership in Mexico’s industrial sector and highlight the trust our clients place in our team.
Strengthening Communities Through Social Responsibility
At Hermosillo, we believe that building better communities goes far beyond what we construct: it’s about the positive impact we create for families, students, and local organizations.
This year, we carried out multiple social responsibility initiatives across the country:
Urban and Cultural Development
- Reforestation of gardens across Mexicali’s main boulevards.
- Construction of new monuments for the city of Mexicali.
- Support for Mexicali’s Museum of Cars.
- Support for the Soles de Mexicali professional basketball team.
Education and Youth Empowerment
We strengthened our long-standing collaborations with academic institutions:
- CETYS Universidad: scholarships, events, and support for their new high school project.
- UABC: “Alas de Erick” scholarship program, robotics team sponsorship, “Prohibido Rendirse” Race, and participation in the “Comité de Vinculación”.
- Tecnológico de Monterrey: “Líderes del Mañana” scholarships and other contributions to the Monterrey campus.
- Alliance for Educational Innovation: We partnered with the Marianita Curiel Foundation and Veritas Technology to donate tablets to an elementary school, integrating technology into their daily learning. We also funded access to the Century Tech platform by Veritas, providing students with innovative, adaptive, and data-driven educational resources.
Community Support and Charity
2025 was a year of meaningful contributions to social causes:
- Fourth Annual “Somos Exe” Charity Race: collected over 1,100 care packages containing food and hygiene items, valued at $330,600 MXN, for the CAVIM Foundation.
- Construction of the San Judas Tadeo Temple in Condesa, Mexicali.
- Recycling Week in our Mexicali office: over the course of two weeks, we achieved the collection for recycling of:
- 140 kg of electronics
- 1.5 kg of aluminum
- 21 kg of scrap iron
- 80 kg of paper
- 42 kg of cardboard
- 9.5 kg of plastic
- Built a new multi-use court for Casa Hogar para Varones (Cahova).
- Through “Sonrisas de Reyes”, we donated more than 1,000 toys to 19 different foundations in Mexicali.
- Support for multiple local organizations, including: CAVIM, Club de Niños y Niñas de Tijuana, Centro de Ayuda a la Mujer Latinoamericana, Mujeres que Viven, Cruz Roja, La Casita, ANSPAC, VIFAC, and more.
Each of these actions reflects our belief that actual construction is not measured solely by square footage, but also by the lives we positively impact and transform.
Looking Ahead
2025 reaffirmed that our greatest strength lies in our people and the trust we build with our clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and communities. As we move into 2026, we remain committed to:
