The end-of-year holidays invite us to slow down and pay closer attention to what surrounds us. Some days remind us that the true value of this season lies not in material things but in sharing, serving, and being present, not only for our loved ones but also for our community.
At Grupo Hermosillo, together with Exe Inmobiliaria, we believe that building goes far beyond raising structures. It also means creating spaces that bring people closer, strengthen connections, and make room for moments that leave a lasting mark.
This Christmas, we had the opportunity to work as a team and bring to life a very special Exe project: Navidad Condesa. A space designed to bring together families, collaborators, and neighbors around the light, music, and sense of wonder that define this season.

On December 6th, a celebration took place at the heart of Privadas Condesa, accompanied by Christmas carols and the blessing of Father Alfonso Pucheta, who led the lighting of the Christmas tree, the nativity scene, and the holiday figures. This moment also marked the beginning of family-centered activities that transformed the space into a gathering point where unity took center stage.
We were also proud to be part of Exe’s Sonrisas de Reyes campaign. This initiative brought together Grupo Hermosillo collaborators, companies from Punta Este Corporativo, and the local community to donate toys for children in vulnerable situations from shelters, parishes, and foster homes in Mexicali. Thanks to this collective effort, more than 1,200 toys were collected and delivered to 19 institutions, accompanied by moments of togetherness—sharing “rosca de reyes”, hot chocolate, and, above all, smiles.

Witnessing firsthand the joy of the children and the commitment of the volunteers reminded us of something essential: when we work together, our impact multiplies. Serving the community not only transforms realities, but it also transforms those of us who take part.
In 2026, Grupo Hermosillo will continue to support initiatives that build community, strengthen unity, and allow us to give back a little of what we have received, because we believe that serving is also a way of building.
