On June 4th and 5th, we participated in the Expo Nave y Parques Industriales (ENPI), the most crucial event in Mexico focused on the industrial parks and warehouse sector. This edition took place at Centro Banamex in Mexico City, bringing together industry leaders, suppliers, investors, and government representatives with a shared goal: to drive strategic industrial growth, adapted to the market’s new challenges.
Our company was present with an interactive booth where we showcased our design and construction services and our most innovative technological solutions. Using tools like virtual and augmented reality—including Oculus and iPads—attendees experienced firsthand how we work in Hermosillo: with efficiency, precision, and a strong focus on digitalizing processes.

The event provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen relationships with existing clients and establish new connections with developers, investors, and end-users interested in initiating projects in the short and medium term. Active clients also had the opportunity to compare the quality of our services with those of the competition, reaffirming their confidence in our work.
Key members from various departments represented Hermosillo, including Rafael Romano (New Business Development Director), Miriam Gutiérrez (Development Manager), Mario Jiménez (Head of Estimation), Pablo Buensuceso (VDC Manager), Julia Pacheco (BIM Manager), and Diana Gasca (Head of Design). Oscar Castro and Kevin Velducea from our Bajío office also attended, joining the effort to showcase our value proposition as a leading industrial design and construction company.
Participating in ENPI 2025 allowed us to position Hermosillo as a benchmark for innovation and quality within the industrial sector. It also helped us stay updated with the latest trends in technology, safety, sustainability, and logistics, all within a high-level environment featuring conferences, product launches, and exclusive business meetings.
We will continue to participate in these types of events, which strengthen our network, open new business opportunities, and, most importantly, enable us to contribute to building the industry’s future in Mexico.
