Hermosillo teamed up with Hyatt Place for the brand’s first 3 hotels in Mexico. Our company has been very involved since the early stages of each project and has provided solid support beginning with the site selection process.

The scope of work included installing sheet piles along the perimeter, construction of deep pile foundations and unusually thick and reinforced concrete slabs to support the steel structure and future ovens.

Hotel Rosarito Beach

Hotel Rosarito Beach is an ocean front located in the city of Rosarito, Baja California. Hermosillo performed the design and construction of this 18 story (360 keys) hotel based on the customer’s detailed specifications.  The construction specialties included steel structure, a pool and a bar at the last floor.
