At Hermosillo, we are always proud to be part of projects that contribute to the well-being of our communities. That is why we have joined forces with Exe and the Government of the State of Baja California to help bring a new preschool to life in Condesa.
The project is being built on land contributed by Exe to the Municipality of Mexicali, which subsequently transferred it to the State Government for the construction of the school.
The State Government is responsible for building the preschool classrooms, while Hermosillo and Exe are contributing MXN $6 million in complementary works, including a civic plaza, access areas, perimeter fencing, electrical infrastructure, and a playground, among other improvements.
This new preschool will give hundreds of children the opportunity to attend school closer to home, reducing commute times and allowing families to spend more quality time together. The project is complemented by the new Ford Elementary School #213, currently under construction steps away from the preschool.
With both schools now underway, Condesa continues to grow alongside its families, adding infrastructure to support the development and well-being of future generations.
