At Grupo Hermosillo, we believe every project is built on a foundation of trust. That is why we are honored to congratulate AREYA on the inauguration of the first building at AREYA Escobedo Industrial Park. This development will strengthen industrial and logistics activity in Escobedo, Nuevo León.
As the design and construction partner for this project under our Design-Build model, we delivered a 758,666 sq ft industrial building that Mercado Libre will occupy as the company’s new distribution center. The completion of this facility marks the beginning of a development that will strengthen the region’s industrial infrastructure and create new employment opportunities.
The inauguration ceremony brought together directives from AREYA, municipal authorities, and companies involved in the development. Representing Grupo Hermosillo, Fernando González Arechaga, Regional Partner and Director of our Monterrey office, joined our client in celebrating this important milestone for the industrial growth of Nuevo León.

With this delivery, we have now completed six distribution centers in partnership with Mercado Libre across Mexico, including projects in Pachuca, Guadalajara, and Monterrey. This latest achievement reflects the trust we have built together over the years.
